Meeting The Needs Limited Care Agency is an independent provider of health and social care support in the community, whose head office is based in Dagenham. 

Our aim is to promote quality of life and independence to clients, whilst maintaining their freedom, dignity and privacy in a sensitive and professional manner.

To create an environment where our service users can be cared for by the service that provides safety (Duty of candour), wellbeing and meets all their needs.

For example, help service users maintain the connection between their hands and their brains by empowering them to engage in activities that are meaningful to them, showing them love and respect, and giving them adequate care and support they need.

We will ensure all our staff have enhanced DBS checks and continuously undergo training to comply with the legislation.

Depending on the needs of our service users, our staff can provide care from 30 minutes per day to all day long and 24/7 when required.

Meeting The Needs Limited was founded and registered with Company House since 2018 by Therese Matene with the main objectives being to :

Promote the health, safety and welfare of clients

Protect and maintain client’s privacy and dignity

Promote and deliver high standards of care for each client

Treat each client as an individual and show respect for their diversity of culture and values

Empower clients to make decisions about their own lives, offering where needed support and information
